Reasoning
- The main impact of this policy will likely be localized to the residents of Ste. Genevieve and surrounding areas in Missouri. Therefore, the simulated interviews should focus on various demographic segments from this area.
- Given the focus on economic and historical aspects, interviews should include local business owners, historical conservationists, and general residents who might have an interest in or be affected by the boundary changes of the park.
- The policy budget implies potential land acquisition or improvements, meaning some landowners could be impacted directly by sales or donations of land.
- There might also be indirect economic impacts through increased tourism or changes in park management that could benefit or disadvantage local businesses.
